The New York Unity Project is a youth-led think tank dedicated to reducing political polarization and fostering civic unity in the United States. We research causes of division, host bipartisan discussions, and propose solutions to strengthen democratic cooperation and mutual understanding among Americans.

Our purpose

Throughout the 21st century, the political sphere of the United States has become more and more divided. This issue has been analyzed by many, and is recognized as what is holding the country back, while causing widespread toxicity. However, what can not be found is a clear solution to this issue. As one of the few think tanks made solely of teenagers, we will aim to do what nobody else seems able to do, unite America at a time it is more divided than it has ever been.
